Apart from being pretty awkward I never really got to make friends cuz my parents didn't like me going out and hanging with friends much and wanted me to study more reviewing shit daily and studying subject matter in advance based on the school curriculum but they've always been lenient about the actual grades.... some guys did not have that luxury tho it is nice that most parents here aren't usually the full on tiger parent types
sorry....but yeah the thing that happened in your image i can definitly relate with there was kids in our class that would cry when they didnt get an A+ and just got a B while i was genuinly happy just passing somehow and even putting in some sort of effort was huge for me so i would always think of them as entitled since i couldnt picture that people had different parents with different standards
