The legends say that once you pass through the portal, that you may never return home. Pheagle was just taking a leisurely stroll through the park, when he happened upon this portal, and being curious, he pushed his way through, getting stuck about halfway as he found himself in a completely different and unfamiliar realm, transforming into a massive dragon! He was now stuck among the ruins of an ancient kingdom, his massive belly cracking the stone borders of the portal, ensuring that once he pulled himself free, that the portal would break into pieces and be useless to him! Guess Pheagle-now "Hareweald"- was gonna have to settle in and get comfortable in this new realm!
