A Halloween piece this year, featuring Timothy Soro wearing the Kempetai uniform and the woven bag-like basket on his head.
In context, these elements were relevant in the Philippines under the Japanese occupation during the 2nd World War. While Japanese military officers usually wore a uniform like this, the woven basket (bayong) was rarely worn on the head by members of the Makapili (the Filipino group collaborating with the Imperial Japanese), but such a misconception was popularized to vilify the Makapili as faceless traitors/snitches for siding with the Axis player.
In regards to the hallowed face and its dark hands however, it's my own twist to make the very idea more horrifying than just a stereotypical Makapili snitch.
