All Hail Plankton, i mean santa, i mean satan!

I will admit that i did have an AI generated picture that i ever so slightly trace,but for visual reference. I needed a cat wearing a hat reference so i had that as a layer but nothing about this image is ai its all drawn. In fact the reference was much chunkier and realistic.Well, the rainbow was actually a cardboard box i took a picture of that i Zoomed in on and then rainbowfied
