For those who dont know this character is named Prime, he is an experiment givin the genes of the strongest heroes in all dimensions.Of course the main powers he uses is that of saiyins but he has other unique abilities.Here he has:

Super saiyin
Super saiyin 3
Super saiyin 5
and Omega form

He can transform into a super saiyin blue but its power is pretty close to 5 except one has higher defense and the other has higher speed, not sure if id make supper saiyin 5 exclusive to him though

His omega form allows him to bend reality to his will, but the form is not easy to obtain at all as it requires massive amount of both light and dark energy from multiple dimensions, he can die in the form if he stays in it too long, shown by his feather gradually falling off after a while

I want him to have ultra instinct as well but not sure if I will givin his omega form, but i might
