I heard this was a scrapped attraction to have an actor be inflated in an Ella costume as she reacts to being groped and rubbed in her puffy state but unfortunately human resources and the legal team kept bringing up the idea of people getting killed on the job by dickhead teenagers so all that's left is a billboard and audio for the attraction...
