I actually do have it bookmarked to buy one day ^^ It sounds pretty interesting and was really drawn in by the characters when I saw them the other week, especially the, uh, kelpie I think is what her species is called. Wew she looks like quite the character hehe~

Main Character has a neat design too, but if I absolutely had to pick a favorite from the cover, I'd pick the little white vulpine from the ads behind all the posing characters. Something in their design invokes a 'mischievous chaos gremlin' type character but that jovial smile is too innocent that no one could stay mad for too long.

I am pleasantly surprised that people like the main character, who was in many ways meant to be plain and unassuming, so he was easy to project onto and, and would be one to feel the full force of being thrown into the sprawling colours of the underground.
Thletch, the little white fox AI assistant, is one of the reasons I managed to write the story in a "timely manner". ;) The mix of being overly helpful whilst scathingly sarcastic was just an absolute joy to pour out.

So far, there is only one book that is finished-finished. I'm two-thirds done with the first instalment of the prequel series, which will be set in a modest, lyrical world, before the technological explosion.
If fate wills it, I'll one day get to write books where all the races get spotlight, even the cute kelpies. ❤️
