Technically as of 3 Days Ago, I’m announcing that I’m no longer physically able to make art for the time being.

I no longer have a useable PC. I don’t know what happened but it suddenly no longer works. (no use asking why) Which means I’ve lost quite LITERALLY EVERYTHING, ALL my work, ability to draw and access to a lot of things..

I don’t know what anyone possibly could do to help, but I’m sorry to everyone who enjoyed my art.

What I’ll say is, goodbye FOR NOW.. 💔😢

get your hard drives or ssds checked out, they might still work and have your files saved on them

Hopefully you're ably to recover the drives, or even just replace whatever component failed if you use an actual PC tower. If you use a laptop, you can likely take it somewhere to have the drives pulled and recovered to a new one.

Sorry to hear that. If most of your files were saved on the PC/storage itself, I also recommend taking it to a professional and see if they can at least salvage the files so that they aren't lost forever.

Holy shit dude, that sucks, but don't lose all patience and hope yet. There's a lot of things that could be responsible for that. And not all components are fucked, it all depends. If you have a friend or someone you know (and trust) can look over it. Your hard-drives (as many have already pointed out) can still be salvagable. If it suddenly just stopped working, from my little armchair suspicion, it could just be the cpu. Either way, first things first you need to figure out if your hardrives are alright.
Get a laptop, or any kind of the cheapest pc you can get your hands on, then fish around for a cable that can connect hard drives (or ssds, dunno which one you have probably ssds) through usb connections, and check it all. Then go on from there.

That is absolutely horrible. It sucks when somebody's hiatus is because of PC failure, because there's no way to predict it, no way to stop it, and it's something that's hard to recover from because PCs are pretty expensive. I hope you can get your hands on a working one soon.

if your hard drives weren't encrypted and you haven't thrown them away nor are they broken, you can access them from another computer and backup everything.
