Background/History
Seth is a genetically modified Greninja created in Ryme City's research facility as a weapon. After Giovanni of Team Rocket seized the lab's equipment, Seth endured rigorous testing to fulfill his captors' objectives. He eventually escaped, ending up in Kalos region's Lumiose City, where he wandered, curious about the world around him.
