At last, I’m taking the leap, dedicating myself 100% to what has been my passion for as long as I can remember: drawing 🎨
After years of studying all kinds of things, some trying to fit into a “normal” job, others to refine my art, I finally realized where I was truly happy, where I really felt like me 💙✨
It hasn’t been easy. Especially in recent years, when life got more complicated, responsibilities grew… and well, let’s just say I’ve reached an age that sounds a bit more “serious,” haha 😅
But life, after all the hits and stumbles (one after another, haha), teaches you that it’s not about that. Life is evolution, change, movement.
And I think my resistance to that has been the source of this discomfort I've been carrying around, well, since forever? 😫
Now, I’m officially a freelance artist… or self-employed, which sounds way less glamorous and a lot more terrifying 😅
There are days when I’m super excited and others when I feel totally down I guess it’s normal, after so many years in “survival mode.”
Sometimes I still can’t believe this is finally happening 🙈
I started doing commissions back in 2011 (which feels like forever ago, haha), and now this is finally going to be my life 🙈✨
My first step was to update my prices (which haven't been updated since 2020), to reflect the time, experience, and love I put into each piece 💖
Because this, after all, is going to be my way of living 🎨
What melts my heart the most are those people who still trust me, who enjoy the creative process, or who reach out to tell me how my art once brought them joy 💕
That’s what drives me: knowing my art (fanart or original) can touch and connect with others.
Because it heals me too. It helps me express emotions I often can’t put into words 💗
Thank you to all the characters and stories that inspired me since childhood — from The Lion King, Spirit, Pokémon, Digimon, Jurassic Park, Sonic, MLP, Tomb Raider, Life is Strange or Arcane… though Sonic is definitely the biggest culprit, haha!
And above all, thank you to my family, my friends, and those special souls who have been there, supporting and believing in me even when I didn’t.
I’m finally starting to make peace with my own path, with my passion, and with everything that brought me here 💙✨
PD: in gratitude to all the patrons, the first commission that you ask me from now, whatever the style, will have a discount of 20% for all the patrons of $5. In the case of $ 1 patterns, it will be 5%.
And later, all commissions commissioned by patrons of $5, will have a discount of 10%.
