Just for my curiosity... on your opinion, what "Adult oriented animated movie/show" would keep the first panel as the second?

For me, personally,
Love, Death & Robots, Primal, and Bojack Horseman.

There's actually many more good ones. But I haven't seen em. There are a lot of japanese animes as well.
