Unfortunately, it seems that Hareweald was unable to get any guidance from "Potion Support" and just kept outgrowing his house to the point it completely collapsed around him, effectively making him homeless! Hopefully, his insurance would cover it...but for now, he'd have to settle for sleeping atop the rubble, or find a cave somewhere!
