Alone at Last

An Ivysaur has recently won a bid to a home unlike anyone has seen before, and it was expensive. What could go wrong?

A few months ago, a new house was being built in a busy neighborhood and this home was unlike anything you've ever seen before. It was a massive 3 story mansion, and something was a little off with it.
The inside of the home was completely flooded with water, meaning if anyone wanted to live here not only will they have to pay insane prices to get it, but they also have to be able to hold their breath for a crazy amounts of time as well.
After the home was fully built, the bidding wars started. It seems a lot of pokemon want this home, even ones who don't think they can survive in it, they just wanna be the cool ones and have an insane home like this.
The bids went on for a while, and eventually it was sold to an Ivysaur for a whopping 15 million dollars, apparently they had a lot of money, a ton to be exact.
After about a week of moving all his belongings into the underwater mansion, the ivysaur had to get all of his stuff waterproofed so it wouldn't be ruined, and that costed like an extra 10K just for doing that.
This ivysaur was rich enough to afford all this, at least thats what one might expect. You see, he didn't actually pay for this using his own money, he actually used his parents money to buy it without having them know about it! He could definitely get into a lot of trouble if he got caught, but they didnt worry about it, he just wanted to get far away from his parents as possible and finally be alone for once, even if it ment having to go underwater for it.
Soon, the ivysaur went into an airlock that separates the air from the water inside, and after pushing a button to fill it up with water he took a deep breath and held it before the water overtook his head and then he went inside his new home to go explore. It looked like your typical mansion with multiple bedrooms, some having an air pocket and others that don't, and there were plenty of other faculties as well, so this ivysaur was gonna be busy.
Thankfully, there were air pockets installed everywhere in the mansion for the ivysaur to go breathe whenever he wanted to, so for now he relaxed in his new home, blowing bubbles and just enjoying finally being all by himself.
He was definitely now gonna be the popular kid in school, he invited all his friends over to the mansion and was having an epic time partying with everyone, not even caring now that he can't breathe normally, the air in the pockets was fresh 24/7, so it would never go stale unless there was a power outage.
When the ivysaur wanted to go to sleep, he would choose the above water bedrooms since hes not quite comfortable yet sleeping underwater, but maybe someday he will be.
A few days go by uneventfully, the ivysaur continues to explore his new home and do everything he always wanted to do, he thinks nothing can possibly go wrong, but boy is he dead wrong.
The ivysaur's parents, which were a Grovyle and a Venasaur, had noticed their son hasnt come back in days and was starting to get worried. After checking security camera footage, they found the ivysaur had ran off on his own and now that made them really worried. After the Grovyle checked his phone for something, he noticed a charge was made on their account for 15 million dollars! And after checking to see if their credit card was there, it wasnt! The ivysaur stole it from them! Now the two were angry, they traced where the ivysaur was, and found the underwater mansion, they were shocked to see their beloved son was in there swimming around and having fun.
They were MAD! They started to pound on the door to get the ivysaur to come and answer it, and once he did he saw his parents there and he immediately blushed in embarrassment. How did they find him so quickly?!
The Grovyle and Venasaur went into an argument with the ivysaur for like 40 minutes straight, they couldn't believe their son did this to them and now they were in crippling debt. They even launched some powerful pokemon moves at their son to teach them a lesson, thats how upset they were.
Soon, the Grovyle had an idea for a punishment. He dragged the ivysuar inside the home without even letting him get a breath before he was strapped down tightly on a table and unable to move. They were gonna sit there and watch their son push himself until he drowned.
The ivysaur was scared now, struggling to hold his breath and to escape, he couldnt do either of those as he didnt even get a good breath in.
Soon, it didnt take super long for the ivysaur to start inhaling water, choking on it and trying to cough it out.
The Grovyle not wanting their son to actually die eventually unstrapped their son and went to a nearby air pocket to let them go breathe, and thankfully after coughing out a lot of water, they were fine in the end.
The ivysaur apologized to the Grovyle and said he just wanted to be all by himself and not have to follow rules or anything. It definitely doesn't seem like the Grovyle forgives them for what they've done at all, neither is the Venasaur.
After getting out of the home, the Grovyle and Venasaur were gonna find a way to get some money back from their son doing this, and the ivysaur is for sure gonna be grounded for a very long time after pulling this stunt as he was dragged away by his parents, crying a little in the process.

Dinos can have fun too
Theme: Dinosaur
When Dinosaurs still roamed the land, a particular one called the velociraptor finds a pond one day and decides to go investigate what lurks at its bottom

About 75 million years ago, Dinosaurs roamed the land before humans and pokemon could find a way onto it, there were all kind of Dinosaurs, the famous T-Rex as some know, Stegosaurus, and Velociraptors, just to name a few.
The Dinosaurs were all going about their business as usual, until there was a particular Velociraptor that has found a huge looking lake in the center of all the Dinosaurs.
Being the bravest of them all, the Velociraptor decided to investigate the pond, sniffing at it curiously and wondering what could be lurking in those depths.
Now unfortunately, none of the dinos can swim so they would have no idea about how to go about doing this, but luckily this particular velociraptor knew that water shouldn't be inhaled and that you should try holding your breath so you won't get water in your nose and mouth.
Trying it out, the velociraptor took a deep breath and jumped into the pond. Since he didnt know how to swim, they started to sink towards the bottom, which thankfully isnt too deep, about 15 or so feet, perfect for exploring around.
As they continued to hold their breath they eventually land at the bottom of the pond, taking a look around for anything interesting. There was a small cave off to the distance and the Velociraptor decided to swim walk his way over there, peeking inside for anything that might catch his attention.
At first there wasnt really much in here but upon closer inspection, it spots something at the very back of the cave. It looked like some kind of Dinosaur, but it was different from the others the velociraptor has seen. It almost looked like a T-Rex but in a miniature size. They appeared to be struggling to hold their breath, their face is like blue.
The velociraptor knew they were low on breath, so he tries to convince this odd dinosaur to come with it so it can help it get some air. After some hesitation, the odd Dinosaur came with the velociraptor and together they walk to the surface of the water.
After thankfully getting back up in time and gasping for breath, it looked like this odd dinosaur was a Tyrantrum if somebody knew what it was so long ago.
The velociraptor just looked at the strange thing curiously, wondering what it should do. But before he could decide anything, the Tyrantrum ran off somewhere on its own. The velociraptor thought it was just part of everyone else and it was going back home to the wild. But, the Tyrantrum didnt exactly know where it was going to, hopefully it doesnt get lost.
Soon, the velociraptor decided to do some more diving to take his mind off this strange thing that has happened, taking another deep breath before submerging underwater.
Deciding to see how long he could survive underwater, the velociraptor runs around at the bottom, doing a few circles and smiling a little as he seemingly enjoys himself, blowing bubbles and all. He even pictured the mighty T-Rex underwater, now he wonders what it would look like if it was underwater. He opens there will be a bigger water space for that to happen, but for now he continues to run around and be happy.
After a few minutes the velociraptor's lungs started to burn, he stops for a second and blows a stream of bubbles from his nostrils in an attempt to calm down his lungs, his face was turning red as well, but he continues to wander around for the moment.
Soon, 10 minutes go by and now the velociraptor was getting desperate for air, so they started to make their way back to the surface, climbing a short distance before eventually breaching his head at the surface and gasping.
That was enough water for today so he climbs out and shakes off the water from his body. He hopes more dinosaurs in the future will come to this little pond and try out being underwater. He'll definitely have to let them know however to hold their breath before they try it so they won't drown and die instantly.

The Cool Way To Play
Theme: Hiding
Today, two best friends decided to try out a new way to play hide and go seek, how will it go?

Today, a red anthro lizard and a Scizor, both of which are best friends, decided to play the ultimate game of hide and seek together.
The rules were simple, the player who's hiding will find a hiding spot far away from where they are located in, they will have about 30 minutes, and once they get settled in, every 10 minutes they will text a picture of a clue as to where they are hiding in hiding to the player who's it, and they will also have a time limit as to how long they have until the player who's hiding wins.
After deciding whos which role, the red lizard is gonna be the one thats hiding and the Scizor is gonna seek his best friend. So he closes his eyes and starts a 30 minute timer for the red lizard to go hide.
It seems the lizard really wants to win, because they are going over to the ocean, planning on hiding somewhere underwater, maybe deep enough so nobody sees him. First, he takes a picture of the beach before putting on some goggles and leaving a second pair on the beach to maybe give the Scizor an extra clue as to where he's hiding.
He then takes a deep breath and plunges into the ocean, swimming down as deep as he can before the pressure became too much, he takes a few more pictures as he was ready to give clues as to where he's located.
Soon, about 200 feet or so down he finds a small cave and goes to hide in there, thankfully he's a really good breath holder and probably won't need air for a while, and there were also air pockets in the cave too so he can go breathe whenever he wants.
Eventually the 30 minutes is over and the Scizor gets ready to find his best friend as the time limit for this that they set was 2 hours. The first clue was sent by the lizard, and it was the picture of the beach. So immediately the Scizor raced down to the shoreline and began his search for the lizard. Unfortunately there was no luck in finding them and thats when he found the goggles from eariler. Confused by them he picks them up before continuing to search.
Once another 10 minutes passes, the next clue was sent and it was the ocean just below the surface of the water. Thats when the Scizor panicked! He's not one for diving at all, and he was really scared to do it, but he wants to win the game so he has to face his fears.
Meanwhile, the lizard underwater has gone to breathe 1 time and he actually hopes deep down the Scizor will find him, because he knew he would be scared of doing this, and he choose this spot because he wanted his best friend to face his fears.
Eventually after hesitating, the Scizor takes a deep breath and jumps into the water, immediately getting scared as he sinks down and has a look around the place, trying to find the red lizard, but hes definitely not in the area...
So after surfacing a few times and failing to find them, the lizard sends them the next picture after 10 minutes, this time it was a picture much deeper underwater, near the little cave where hes currently hiding and thankfully getting air from air pockets
As the Scizor swims down deeper to where the place is located and then eventually spots the cave where the lizard is and swims inside and after looking around he finds the lizard hiding out finally!
Celebrating his win, the two make their way back out and up to the surface and gasping for air. The Scizor felt proud of himself for going underwater.
The two then switch roles and the lizard goes to hide somewhere and this goes on for hours, the two of them having a great time! With the Scizor winning the most rounds!

A Fire Type That Won't Give Up
Theme: Temple
After hearing rumors of some kind of secret temple deep underwater, Charmy the Charmander decided to take her chance at proving she can handle the deep dark depths that very few have attempted to do

There have been rumors of a secret temple hidden deep beneath the surface of the water, only a few daring individuals have ever tried to reach the depths where the temple was and many have failed miserably. But today was gonna be different, a particular brave charmander named Charmy has been diving for a long time now, she's been able to conquer depths no other fire types would even dare to attempt, so she thinks she's got what it takes to get to that temple!
So after taking the time to prepare for the deep dive ahead, getting goggles and some other protection equipment, and now Charmy felt ready to do this, she wasnt gonna give up no matter what it took! After getting into the water she took some deep breaths before holding one in and diving down, kicking her little legs down deeper and deeper.
She focused on holding her breath the whole way down, pinching her nose shut as she keeps going, not wanting to waste any of her precious oxygen.
After about 20 minutes of swimming, she was fully red in the face, but then spots a cave off to the distance and thankfully it has an air pocket! So she quickly caught her breath in the pocket before swimming back down and continuing her descent.
Another 20 minutes of swimming later she needed to breathe once more, but she was soo close to the temple, few have even reached this far down underwater, and she was now one of them! Charmy whines a little as her air supply keeps draining, thankfully tho the secret temple was finally visible! So with so much happiness she swims faster to the temple and before her face could turn blue she reaches it!
Immediately her celebration was cut short as charmy really needed to get some air, so she swam inside the temple and thankfully there was a tiny little air pocket she could fit her head inside of to get air. So she did that, catching her breath in it for a moment before holding her breath again and submerging once more.
Charmy then gently kicks her legs forward to explore around this mysterious temple, it clearly looked pretty old, and there were some strange pillars in the far distance which charmy quickly investigated. Then she spots some writing on the walls, apparently this once belonged to some kind of Legendary pokemon many years ago, and it wasn't even a water type either, which made charmy a bit surprised, she wonders who could it have belonged to, maybe one of the Legendary Kanto birds? Or maybe Groudon! No thats impossible it couldn't be Groudon he hates water, right?
Anyways, Charmy swims forward to keep exploring, there was some more pillars and statues of a couple pokemon that used to worship whoever lived here so long ago, making Charmy look at them in awe. As the swim continues, Charmy started to need some air again, so she swims around in hopes of finding another air pocket. As she comes around the corner however there was a very large air pocket space just a few feet away from charmy, which she instantly swam up to and gasped for air. This air however was very fresh unlike the air pockets she's been in.
Apparently there's some kind of generator still running after so many years that keeps the air fresh in here, there was even a giant bed off to the distance, its definitely clear that whoever was here, was definitely not a water type. Decided to rest for a while since her lungs were pretty tired, charmy jumps up onto the big comfortable bed, getting herself under the blankets and immediately yawning for exhaustion.
She knew she would have to get outta here and swim for the distant surface at some point, but for now a quick little rest wouldn't hurt anyone as she quickly dozed off in the bed, a calm smile on her face as she sleeps.

It won't stop me!
Theme: Cold
A snow storm sweeps through the city, but even when its so cold out, a Blaziken refuses to let it stop him from going for a dive in the now frozen over lake

There was a huge unexpected snow storm that has sweeped through the city, the temperatures were dropping fast, and now it was like it was winter when it wasnt even close to being December.
After the snow storm pasted, there were inches and inches of snow on the ground and the local lake has frozen over as well, but that didn't stop a Blaziken from wanting to go swimming
You see, blaziken is a fire type, meaning the cold doesnt really bother him too much, sure he may shiver every now and again, but that still doesnt come close to stopping him from wanting to get his swimming in, despite being a fire type he loves the water and always wants to take a dip in it whenever he has the chance to.
So he heads for the frozen over lake, he uses a flamethrower move to melt the ice to form a hole big enough for him to enter the water, he puts on a pair of goggles before holding his breath and submerging underwater.
It was definitely a lot more cold then the Blaziken thought it was gonna be, shivering a bit more then usual, but he was persistent and starts swimming down deeper. The lake was definitely a lot more quiet now thats frozen over, but the blaziken likes it that way so he doesnt complain.
After a while of swimming down, the blaziken's face was turning red, but he didnt care he just kept swimming around the area and getting some exercise in, this time fully ignoring the cold of the water.
The blaziken has been enjoying himself for the most part, but he couldn't hold his breath for too long as his face was already turning a little blue, as he started to make his way back to the surface above him. However before he could, the ice had frozen over again, trapping him underwater!
He tries to fire a flamethrower move again but since he's underwater it doesnt work at all, causing the blaziken to start panicking! He bangs on the ice to try and get somebody's attention, but unfortunately nobody seems to be around in the area. He definitely shouldn't have gone down here at all, having forgotten that the ice freezes over.
20 minutes have passed since he was underwater, and now the blaziken's face was fully purple by now and eventually he couldnt hold his breath anymore no matter what he tired and then inhales the cold water around him, sinking to the bottom. Since he wasnt used to drowning at all, it didnt take long for him to grow unconscious at the bottom of the lake.
Just when he thought this was the end for him, he woke up about 35 minutes later in the hospital. Apparently a pokemon that likes the frozen environment found the blaziken at the bottom unconscious and immediately started to help them and getting him to the local hospital.
The blaziken woke up and coughed out some water as he was alive, he definitely wasnt gonna do this kind of thing again after what just happened...or will he? We'll never know for sure.
