Plusle always acts as a cheerleader for it's partners. Whenever a teammate puts out a good effort in battle, this pokemon shorts out it's body to create the crackling noises of sparks to show it's joy. By shorting out the electricity it releases from it's paws, it creates pom-poms for cheering. If it's partner loses, this pokemon cries loudly.
