First of all: don't worry, everyone, I'm fine; I made this picture a few months ago, but I didn't feel like uploading it until now :D

I rarely do vent art, but there was a day when I felt like I just had to quickly put one together. When I made this, I didn't have my sona yet, but the emotions in this picture are still valid. For me, this symbolises that it's a pretty awful feeling when we have to face our bad side, but at some point it's inevitable; it's part of life.

And it's up to us what we do about it.

When you come face to face with your dark side, and find you're looking at the lighter side instead. When you are the shadow, looking at the person. Judging yourself not on what you should have done, but on what you did. Looking at your better side and wondering why it's not you now. That face in the reflection is the mask you've grown accustomed to presenting. But you know what's behind it.

...At least that's what I get out of stuff like this. Glad you're doing okay now.
