This is a picture of a character from my Champions game called Ad Infinitum, a mysterious man from the future with a medallion that allowed him to travel through time. He was basically a plot device to allow the heroes to have adventures in time. It was never revealed what time he actually came from. Besides being able to travel through time, he could influence the flow of time around him, enabling him to slow things down or speed things up.
