Oh. I'm talking about a couple of characters from Chrono Trigger. Crono, the hero, has spiky red hair and Marle, the deuteragonist, is the cute, tomboyish princess. There's a scene in the game when one of their companions, having fixed the legendary sword Masamune, has a dramatic scene where he splits a cliff in half so they can progress to the mid-game boss. Just before he does, he holds his sword aloft in a pose not dissimilar from Holly's here. Inasmuch as you can compare full art to game sprites.
Crono, as befits his status as the hero and main player character of a JRPG, never speaks in game.

It's one of my favorite moments in the game, and Frog is a total badass. It's a great game overall, too. If you ever get the chance to play it all the way through, do! It can be really tough sometimes, but it deserves its status as one of the most popular games of the era.
Too bad they didn't have Holly with them, or she'd have showed 'em all up!

Ooh, it's great to see Holly in full paladin mode! She looks very cool here, and that's a heck of a sword! She might be a little bun, but she's a big hero and you've done an amazing job with this! I love the detail on her armor and cloak and the fierce expressiono on her face is beautifully done!
