It was more of a random scenario in my head that Conner had gotten into a fight with another super-powered mobian, or in this case we can say meta-mobian. He was caught causing quite the trouble with Bea, which caused Conner to get a little out-of-character, engaging into a brawl. And, it soon ended with Conner feeling more regretful of even throwing hands at another meta-mobian like he did, even if it meant protecting his lover. Afterwards, Bea helps Conner leave the opponent, and out of the field to get on with their lives.

I can already imagine some cues from Superman Returns' score that could very-well match this moment. XD
