What's it like living in a city known for Mimic sightings? Stressful. Lot of people moving or disappearing. Someone dead every other week. Life gets really uncomfortable to live. No one wants to be out at night. Especially alone. But Sonic? He has a lot to deal with already. Minimum wage job, loud apartment, and untreated depression doesn't stop him from walking the streets at night. He fear these monsters just like everyone else, but he honestly wishes they'd pick him as their next meal. He knows they're watching. But one seems... off.. He just wants to sleep.

Been wanting to draw more of this au! It makes no sense but who cares? It's for me! I also added a "brighter" version cuz I liked how Elder Mimic Eggman looked!
