Good question. I do have a list made out, but it's incomplete. For example, I have an M and an N but no K or L, yet. And there's no guarantee that I'll stick to that list as I go along. I look up each animal not just to get an idea of what they might have looked like, but also to see if they're still valid genus names, like with I. That was originally Indricotherium until I checked and saw that it was a junior synonym for Paraceratherium. So, I had to go hunting for a replacement.
I guess we'll both see when I get there. :p

If it helps, there's a website that lists all the known prehistoric animals along with drawings of them. I have it bookmarked. If I can find it, I'll send a link to you so you can use it.

Promise fulfilled. I used this website when I was writing a story and I based several of my creatures on prehistoric creatures. https://www.prehistoric-wildlife.com/ According to the first page of the site, there are over 3200 species listed. Oh, BTW, for L how about the Leptictidium?

Thanks! It's already paid off as my first perusal gave me an L.

I would except I already did. It was in last year's Inquetober and was the inspiration for this year's letter blocks.
