F is for Fruitafossor, a rather dinky early mammal. They were among the first to snack on social insects like termites (as ants hadn't evolved yet) way back in the Late Jurassic approximately 150 million years ago.
I didn't skip E (which is indeed for Elasmotherium; Elasmosaurus was a plesiosaur, which wouldn't be covered in this year's theme). By the time I realized and could do something about it, people had already noticed they'd all been posted, so I decided to leave things as they were.
