Powers And Abilities: Vehicle-based Transformation, Supernatural Speed.

Bio: Unlike the other members of Hallows United, Roda was created by accident by a beatnik auto worker who was annexed in the garage of the laboratory where most of the other members were created, inadvertently making her the youngest member.
