Someone got caught red-pawed!

Learning Enhancers are used by Evos to quickly learn things in days that otherwise would take years. This is done so everyone is able to jump into helping keep the colony going, taking advantage on how quickly Evos reach adulthood. There are several limitations though, as the brain is not made to absorb so much information in such a short period of time. Only basic things can be infused with the Enhancers, carefully and in combination of hands-on practice, while following a strict protocol under the supervision of trained individuals. Other complex things such as becoming a medic, scientist, engineer and such are done almost entirely the old way.

Experience cannot be infused artificially, and modifying an Enhancer into doing so, might bring negative consequences, most of these even permanent. Old Learning Enhancers were phased out shortly after the Retcans came into the Evos life, replaced with more advanced reverse-engineered devices that reduce the risks of the older ones.

He is clearly totally innocent and has done nothing suspicious. Guess they should all just go back to bed.
