This is a picture of an adventure from our In The Labyrinth campaign (I say "our" because Scott and I took turns game mastering). The premise was a group of fantasy adventurers investigate the wreck of a crashed spaceship full of aliens and strange technology (I got the idea from a D&D module called Expedition to the Barrier Peaks, which I've never played). It was my first attempt at drawing technological stuff, which is the focus of the picture. Hence, the characters are all just standing around looking at stuff they don't understand.
Apart from Ssard, Triblin, Roka, and Solomon Kane, who were all in "The Cave of Fire" picture I drew earlier, there are a few new faces: an elf thief named Listo, a goblin wizard named Rogmik Drabador (Yes, you could play goblins in ITL, they could be wizards, and they didn't have to be evil! Inconceivable!), a human wizard named Kravoc the Cloaked (Triblin and Rogmik were his apprentices), a human fighter named Rudolf von Krieg (foreground), a dwarf fighter named Ghar, and my brother Matt's favorite character, a human fighter named Kime (far right). Again, the picture was dawn using colored pencils. Solomon Kane was drawn by Scott Perzan, since it was his character.
