I felt it was high time to revisit the idea of myself as a hyena, since they're a relatively regular fixture in my dreams, and I read a fascinating guide about best practice for keeping striped hyenas in zoos. This time around I thought it would be fun to sport a mixture of traits of spotted and striped, with the ample floofy manes and tails of the latter seeming like they would give plenty of opportunity for being dyed in fun colours (I like to think one of the characters artist of this piece really went to town snazzing my floof up for the occasion). My previous hyena had spots on his chest in the shape of the big dipper, so I thought it'd be fun to mix it up with another constellation this time.
Of course it'd be remiss to not be showing off my yeen beans too ;3
