I can hear a subtle, almost "balloon-inflation" sound when I scroll, ever so subtly.
When I scroll up, and leave my screen on the belly-slappin' Atom seal pup, it makes a static sound when he slaps. Same thing with moving my mouse, which does not have drivers.

Only if I turn it a certain way. It's old, but still works normal (silent background) except when tuned to a specific angle, then I can hear computer static sounds : thin, static, electric, computerized
