The comic tells the story of Cream, who, feeling hungry, decides to go home to be with her mother, Vanilla. There, her mother prepares a delicious feast for her, which leaves her completely satisfied, to the point that she becomes plump and fluffy. Then, Cream sets off on a little outdoor adventure, taking advantage of her new size.
