Plasma: If by “question” you mean asking Arliel to join the crew, yes. Also don’t phrase it like that, I’m not marrying the guy just asking him to move in with us…but as an employee.
Daisy snickers at you as Red keeps poking fun. The blush begins to rise on your face and you end the call with your friends, then you think about Arliel as a potential doctor. You’ve been seeing the stallion on and off during the course of the month. You could hesitantly say he’s your boyfriend though he’s never tried to tie you down, maybe a lover would be more appropriate. You suppose that’s a question for another time however and begin calling him on your phone and setting a meet up. Then within the hour he meets you outside your ship.
Arliel: Well look at you with your fancy ship. How’s tricks handsome?
Plasma: Hehe, hey Arliel I’m fine. Good to see you again.
He walks up to you and greets you with a quick but deep and affectionate kiss. His lips taste sweet as they press against yours; then his tongue forces its way to yours easily, leaving you in a hot daze
Arliel: So shall we take this to the captain’s quarters or…?~
Plasma: Uhh oh right. Actually before that. I wanted to know if you’d wanna join my crew as a doctor.
As you say that there is almost a look of concern on his face before Arliel turns back to his confident demeanor.
Arliel: Oh, you’re serious… Well I can’t say I was expecting this.
Plasma: Shit sorry. I know you have a life on the station I get that you wouldn’t wanna leave that.
Arliel: No it’s fine. In fact I can’t say I’m not tempted. I could use a change of scenery. It’s just that I have a few special needs, for starters I need my own room.
Plasma: You’re welcome to stay in the captain’s quarters if you like.~
Arliel: Heh, you smooth talker. Don’t worry I’ll be visiting you often, but seriously I need my own room. I know it’s not common on a military vessel but it’s just something I need for personal issues. It’s a bit much to ask but I promise I can make it worth it. For instance:

By talking to Ariel he can give you a summary of the condition and mood of the members of your crew.
Healthy Living: Hurt people in your crew will heal faster. Personal space: For personal reasons Arliel needs personal space and as such takes up two crew slots for needing a personal room. This condition can change by getting to know him better. Plasma: I’ll keep that in mind. Now how about we discuss more about your qualifications in my quarters. ~
You take him by the hoof and walk him into the interior of your ship. You pass by Daisy and Red as both of them give you different looks as you drag your “friend” though the bridge and into your quarters.
Speech Check: rolled 10 Failed Daisy gives you a thumbs up. You can’t help but feel like Red was looking a little upset. You wish you could say why but she’s a bit harder to get a read on. Then you feel a tug on your tail as you take a pause. Red Dive with a grin on her face pulls you back. Red: Oh my Plasma, are you really just gonna walk right past us without introducing us to your special somepony?
Daisy: Heheh. Ya Plaz introduces us, don’t just walk away with strange stallions. Let us talk to him.
Arliel: I certainly don’t mind. I’d love to meet the crew, besides you never told me you had such lovely crewmates.~
Daisy: Aww you’re too sweet.
Red Dive: Don’t make me barf pretty colt, I just ate.
