Allotted time: one hour. I was looking through the dragon type pokemon, and decided to do Palkia. I do like Palkia. Looks like some awesome dinosaur. Not a dragon, but still. Drawing, and coloring was nice and in time. However cleaning up my messy coloring went out of time. So I took an extra 30 minutes to clean it up completely.
This is probably the best and only Palkia anthro I've seen! She looks like she has a modest and strong posture and complection. Sorta how a confident queen would pose herself.

Palkia is already almost in an anthro form anyway, which is probably why it would be normally difficult to distinguish. But, then again, there are very few female Palkias. So, I thank you for that compliment~<3 Well, I would think she would feel like a queen. I mean, she is a legendary, and has a game titled after her, pretty much. xD
