Originally drawn December 2024. I had a lot of fun naming all the little snacks, doing the lights... everything, really! This was such an enjoyable piece, I'm very happy with it ^^
Oooh, I love this! There are so many cool details from the decorations - especially the star lights on the television - to the sweets and snacks to the kids' outfits. Gotta love a good Ugly Christmas Sweater, and their look super spiffy. The names for the candy is just nifty, too, especially "Sour Children" and "Roontz" (wonder if they're as tooth-breakingly delicious as their real-world counterparts?). The lighting on this is so well done, too, and it's just a gorgeous piece all around!
I very much approve of their choice of movie, too. Even if, even decades later, I still get a chill down the spine any time anyone plays "Do You Hear What I Hear?"!
