My entry for Young at heart bear's contest.

I a prequel to the previous whopper pic i made, Whopper was competing against some other baby characters for the special cloud 9 promotion with him and Tugs as the finalists.Here they had to wear a cloud 9 diaper and pose a bit in order for the executives to decide who the top winner will be.
