The Law of the Ried
Death can come from the above, and when Death takes the shape of a hungry stork, your prays are useless and meaningless.
Marischen may listen to the frog prays for the moment, but to the end there's only one thing she will listen to. Her stomach.
That's the Law of the Ried after all.
The Ried is a place in Alsace - France - mainly a swamp area, heaven for the frogs and such. And so a heaven for the Stork as well.
We do not have a jungle, but that doesn't mean the Ried hasn't its own laws!
