Los Sylveons pueden capturar a un Pokémon Tipo Dragón simplemente usando sus fuertes cintas para que así estos no tengas chance de escapar.

Es por eso que Sylvio le dice a Dakota "Fue muy fácil capturarte" ya que la Noivern no contaba de que Sylvio tuviera esas cintas, sabiendo ella que Sylvio es un Sylveon.

Espero que les guste y disculpar si no hay historia, no tuve más nada que decir acerca del Artwork ^^'.

Sylveons can capture a Dragon-Type Pokémon simply by using their strong ribbons to prevent them from escaping. That's why Sylvio tells Dakota, “It was very easy to capture you,” since the Noivern didn't expect Sylvio to have those ribbons, knowing that Sylvio is a Sylveon.
