This was a commission from cat_on_the_couch on FA! Someone had enough of this lil' fucker and torched him with a flamethrower, burning him to a crisp and leaving him as a goofy cartoon pile of ashes.
He'll be fiiiine, I'm pretty sure there's a quick fix to this. You probably just have to add some water to re-hydrate him.
