Icedog, Fresh and Roxie are at the Millennium City Fair.

They are not for the rides, but for the food.

Icedog eats cheese curds, Fresh eats cookie dough on a stick, and Roxie eats a bucket of chocolate chip cookies.

I've based the Millennium City Fair on the Minnesota State Fair, and the food that's served there.

More specifically, Kora and Mila's Cookie Dough, The Mouth Trap, and Sweet Martha's.
