Yes, Pepper Is the sister of Ryan Mays, the hyena wolf, and she is a hybrid known as Wolfbunnies, who have random features of a wolf and a rabbit, though Pepper takes a lot from her rabbit mother, which even includes her bunny libido. :3
Dora Blaze:
"She loves gold, and her clothes are golden."
Yes, it is stated here, because she loves gold, both the color and the metal, which explains why her clothes are gold like her dress, her panties, and so-forth, but Dora also happens to have the rare blood type called RH-Null, or "gold blood".
Sypha Blaze:
"She performs magic tricks using real magic."
Sypha's a more outgoing of the sisters, and is born with magic, and not the kind of smoke-and-mirrors, but with actual MP and performing three category of magic, though lets not get into explicit details here.
