It was originally thought as a breadbox cover design. I then wanted to incorporate a living hinge and had two versions, the first one was just a zig zag with a lot of stress points. I then increased the slots and added circular corners to reduce the amount of stress at each point. The black bar is used to divide the dice and cards and can be moved to be a small table to place your dice when you are or are not using it.
