The victim changes face
by ~Hybasha
I feel his life pulsating through my hands
It's a bullet train at first, but within moments it comes to a complete stop.
I have done it! I have slain the demon!
He whom plagued my moments and spread pestilence on my wife.
Now we are free of your "natural" disasters,
As I gaze upon your corpse my pride shines.
Was it enough? I don't know how to be honest, but you're dead!
But, does it bring back my honor or my home? No, but you're dead!
I will never walk a path on this earth with my ghost of a wife!
But I made you pay! I have lost the pride of this moment.
Sadly you aren't a unique creature and there are more in the shadows,
For your cousins the slithering snakes who creep and hiss their blasphemy.
Let them come, for I will strike them as I have done with you.
I gaze at the mirror in this hallway, the place I have made your resting place,
That I resemble you now and it sickens me.
For now in this mirror I see my just rewards in your death, I see my own horns appear.
