Basil and Ratigan are super gay and you can't convince me otherwise. Super under-rat-ed film. Also, I don't know why but fellas holding hats over their junk seems to be something I really really like XD

I drew this mostly to pixelate for my Gay Rat Island in Wplace XD I've claimed Mccauley Island in Northwest BC.

This one actually started fairly underwhelming to me, but I brought it all together when I got the clean lines down, and I actually really like how I've handled lighting in this one.
