There was a time when portraits were reserved for nobility, a way to be remembered, to say "this is who I was" Now, we paint fursonas. Not out of vanity, but as a quiet declaration: "This is how I feel inside. This is the version of me that I’d like to be remembered" Maybe! But anyway I've been enjoying a lot painting portraits with acrylics, I would like to try oil painting once again.
