It's another Amy Rose! I learned how to draw by drawing Sonic characters, so when I don't have any specific direction I tend to default to them. Amy has been a popular choice for me - I do like Amy's character design - but she's also a female character, and a lot of my art lately has been to push me to get better at female anatomy.

Sonic Forces: Speed Battle recently announced a skin for Shadow as a Cowboy outlaw, so that's partially where the inspiration for the piece struck from. The background is directly inspired by the canceled Dust Hill / Sand Shower zone of Sonic 2.
