I've been on a pretty big Bloody Bunny hyperfixation for a while now, and I've been enjoying diving down this rabbit hole. I found the site for the company that made story boards and concept art for Bloody Bunny: The First Blood. And there was a pitch image featuring some unused characters not currently documented on the wiki.
There were two unused characters, a poodle and a rabbit looking character. The mystery rabbit looking character could've been an older design for Dark Rabbit in a costume, but I decided to reimagine it and make it look like a sort of parallel to Bloody Bunny and Dark Rabbit.
Instead of gray, black, or white, I wanted to try a gritty desaturated brown for the fur. I also gave him an upside down star on his side, this is kind of a nod to a Western sheriff, but clearly evil and a reference to the "Hell" part of the name I gave him. I like to think he's like Jackle from NiGHTS: Into Dreams, clearly similar to the protagonist and their rival, but something holds them back in some way.
I may or may not attempt to draw the poodle character. I have no way of knowing what her eyes would look like, so it would take even more guess work than the Hell Hare.
