Cream the rabbit from sonic the hedgehog. It would be cute to see her with a rumbly tummy I’d like to see you give her a little giddy blush filled smile as she sees her tummy rumble under her dress maybe even have cheese with her with his tummy rumbling to.
Eri from my hero academia. I think it would be cute to see her blushing as it rumbles with one of her hands poking at her tummy as if asking for someone to rub it.
Lilo from lilo and stitch. I think it would be nice to see her tummy rumble since she has had it get expanded before maybe have her lift up her float he’s to show her tummy some more.
Peridot from Steven universe. I imagine her looking embarrassed in a way that makes it look like she doesn’t like her tummy rumbling but secretly does.
Toph from avatar. Given her earthbender quirk i imagine it being the most ripply as if her hungry tummy is making the earth shake.
Erma Williams from outcast comics. Since shes a spooky ghost I think it would be funny to have it look like it sounds loud and terrifying while Erma herself is just giggling giddily enjoying her monstrous tummy.

Baby Looney Tunes, a show where they're all diapered for the first half of the first season and are never shown to actually use their diapers. If its allright, I'd kill for either a comic or a compilation pic like this (your choice) where they're using them. Only thing I'd add is Petunia to it, she's the only character who didn't stop wearing something so seeing her use a diaper important.
