One thing Luqa Mortseth loves to do is "shop till she drops". Judging by the look of her outfit, she only wants the best brands: Chanel, Yves Saint Laurent, Gucci, etc. If you asked me, I think someone should start an organization called "Shopaholics Anonymous" and make her the first client before she runs up a credit card bill like you wouldn't believe.
