The Sun, without which no life would be possible in our solar system.
The next picture shows the Sun with solar activity including a Sunspot in it's southern hemisphere and fading flares predominantly in it's northern hemisphere.
My final picture in this upload reveals the secret how I produced the Sun pictures. I took this configuration to a completely dark room before I photographed it.
Even I am amazed how convincing and real the Sun pictures look by taping a simple piece of poster board to a desk lamp.
From here down is a new edit I added.
I created this posting on 21 July. Today on 26 July I replaced the files with pictures that look more like the real Sun.
On the new file showing the Sun with solar flares and a sunspot, Alan who owns E-Post showed me how to use some of the features in the paint program so I can dub in the solar flares in that picture.
E-Post has a couple of public computers.
I presently don't own a computer. But I am lucky to have access to a public computer where there is not a one hour time limit per day like the libraries have on their public computers.
I am making plans to buy a laptop to have for my own. But I should research what brands are reliable and what brands to avoid before sinking hundreds of dollars into one.
