The only physical thing I'd want besides a little aging is a third eyebrow, thicker in the middle and pointed on each end instead of one like the outers.

Do a basic copy of your OC as a base and then offer custom genders/colors with a base price. Then have an 'add-ons' list for custom things like different horns,eyes,hooves,paws,complex fur patterns, scales, etc., over and above the normal sketch/cell/full commission prices?
