This is the final of my three Kanto Starter Poke-ocs, Blaster the Blaster. He's more than a large, stylish, battle-ready fellow, he's also the brain of the trio. When Blaster was a little squirtle, he was hatched with a small indigo diamond-shaped birthmark on his forehead and an eye with a different iris color, making him the odd one of the squad of squirtles. Later on, he's playing around on the beach of the island he was hatched on, then he saw a group of wartortles training each other with strong moves, causing him to be intrigued, so he hid himself to watched them more. One of the wartortles has managed to beat the others in their training session despite being friendly, and he thanks them for giving him many battle strategies and tips to help out. The next day, Blaster was curious about strategies and battling, so he tried to do it and after a few tries, he succeed his first fighting practice on his own, but a few more days later after he finished another of his combat training, he heard a loud sound a few yards away, so he towards it with worry. When Blaster arrived, he saw the same big wartortle from the training session days ago battling the other wartortles, but a serious look on his face. The said wartortle is looking exhausted yet still wants to fight, however, the other wartortles tried to tell him to ceased fighting, but he still wants to throw down. Shortly after that, Blaster looked a bit anxious and wants to tell the Blastoises about the big fight, but they are a bit far away from the beach he's on and the big wartortle is just finished beating his fellow wartortle pals, then he spotted Blaster and called him out to duel him. That caused Blaster to worried because he never previously battle anyone, let alone one of his members on their beach home, so the big wartortle started attacking Blaster almost without warning him, and he quickly evaded the attack. Looks like Blaster has no choice but defend himself until help has arrived, so he used what amount of combat experience to fend for himself. Almost a minute later, Blaster was down and about to become the next beaten victim that the big wartortle had taken down, but he saw a opening that could pull him out of this mess, so he uses bubble on the big wartortle's face first, uses spin attack to hit him second, then uses water gun to soak him down last. After that, Blaster won his first ever battle then the huge group of Blastoises arrived and questions Blaster what occurred here, he told them that the big wartortle was crazily battling the other wartortles and tried to harm him next, but the big wartortle dislikes the way Blaster was talking then the injured wartortles interrupted him and vouched Blaster. The huge Blastoise heard enough of them and stated that the inhabitants never commit ruthless battling, especially without guidance of Blastoise, and they also punished any young squirtle or wartortle who breaks the rules of their home beach, so they took in the big wartortle and the injured ones and then they took in Blaster. Later at night, he was sitting in his nest, thinking about what happened earlier and his parents came, they him the big wartortle is getting sent to another island tomorrow for his wild actions and as for Blaster, he won't be fighting for a week and will be placing in special training after that. Blaster was a bit relieved after that, but his parents are a bit mad and disappointed about what occurred, they speak to him about it. He was a tad glum after chatting with them, but also happy and made a promise to battle smart and try to avoid crazy battles unless they're necessary. Many weeks later, a trainer and his two pokemon: a charmander and a bulbasaur, appeared on the beach for some well-earned rest after winning some battles and Blaster and his kind noticed them. They thought those three were interlopers so they carefully approached them and the trainers and his pokemon spotted, and were surprised to see them. Blaster waves at them and they waved back at him, turns out they're friendly and they want to hang out with them, so they spend some time together and afterwards, Blaster has decided to join the said trainer. The huge Blastoises and his parents were a bit skeptical at first but after hanging out with the trainer and his two pokemon, they all agreed. The three couldn't believe that they got Blaster to join them, as the four were about to go, Blaster hugs and says goodbye to his parents and their kind, now the four are heading off to their journey and hopefully encounter many new challenges for them with Blaster on their side.
