Scalpers...
Gonna say this now...I'm not a fan of scalpers and their work. The PS5 debacle back in 2020/2021 was proof of that despite me already snagging a PS5 by normal means back during those years of Covid. I won't waste time talking about scalpers and how they operate. However, I WILL talk about one specific group of scalpers that I had to make fun of, the scalpers on the Pokemon TCG side. Oh the joy of waiting bright and early for hours at a Costco just to buy up a crap ton of Pokemon cards then reselling them later online at ridiculous prices...it's like a waffle house for them or a Black Friday when they gather like Who's from Whoville. All of this while they're knocking each other over, stealing Pokemon cards from each other or getting into literal fights in both the store and the parking lot. From what I've seen so far this has happened twice already unless there was more I was unaware of. Scalpers are gonna scalp and Pokemon TCG fans are gonna enjoy their hobbies. This picture drawn, or to be specific I just used an irl Costco backbround to add stuff, is to display the stupidity and absolute cinema of grown men running and knocking each other over or drop kicking someone in the parking lot just to get at some damn Pokemon cards of all things. Every time this form of stupidity arises on the internet if I hear about it I'll be there to enjoy the show.
I took the liberty of adding Pokemon to go with two moronic scalpers fighting each other in the parking lot with a picture on the side for proof for those who haven't seen it. One is a Gardevoir.........a male Gardevoir lol (I like my girly femboy Pokemon and such) and a female Pikachu recording their childish masters fighting over cards, but I do encourage those to look these vids up. They should be on most social media platforms because the Costco workers were probably getting a good laugh out of this too.
This is just one of the versions though. I'll have the other one done as soon as it's ready which won't be today.
Ugh...
Let's look inside the store now where grown men are piling up on the top pic showcasing their valor! Their endurance! Their determination! To shove each other just to get at Pokemon cards. The Pokemon are having a fun time laughing at and recording the scalpers with their phones to later post on social media.
