Corky is a thug. Originally a bank robber, Corky joined up with the Covenant of Despair to be part of a tougher gang (betraying his partner, Spiny, in the process). Oddly enough, as a member of Despair, he seemed to end up menacing Rainbow the most out of all the heroes.
Corky died at the end of "GeneX-Knuckles the Echidna", a victim of the Deathbringer. He returned as a Lost One zombie during Doomsday, but since he was already dead, getting cured just set his soul free to probably wind up somewhere hot and unpleasant... So yeah, he dead, and I don't really have any intention of bringing him back, I'm just being as thorough as I can making art of everybody.
