It's not the worst, in fact could've been worse. He could've buzzed the top with the clippers. It still genuinely long by traditional standard (by the way it's drawn at least). I've said it before but I'll say again, I'll always love and go back to see him with long hair (black sheep alert lol). But the good news for me is that it does give me a purpose to continue keep mine long for long as possible and continue to maintain it.
